Foods II Students Pass ServSafe Exam

The following students from Mrs. Peed's Foods II class recently passed the ServSafe exam.

Darrius Gdowski, Brenna Stith, Felicia Terrible, Krystal Weaver, Aleyah Wilson, Aneyah Wilson

The ServSafe Food handler exam is a nationally recognized food safety certification that is free to culinary students and is good for five years. The program covers five key areas:

  • Basic Food Safety
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cross-contamination & Allergens
  • Time & Temperature
  • Cleaning & Sanitation.

Congratulations to these students on the extra hard work they invested in this accomplishment!
